I hope you have been tuning into the Gluten Summit this week. I’ve been trying to catch as much of it as I can and am just blown away by how much I am learning. I have been pleased that the interviews are very accessible to people like myself without medical or scientific backgrounds but I’m also grateful that the organizers are offering a special package of archive recordings so I can go back and catch everything I have missed.
Day four is another big day with more prominent researchers and medical providers sharing their perspectives. See below for some highlights and remember that today’s interviews will be available for you to watch anytime after 10AM EST. Remember, these interviews will be available for 24 hours and then a new set of interviews will be available for day 5.
